Not everyday is a good day

It's been some time since i last posted on nasi le-MAK. Recently, deadlines on reports and results on midterms have be causing people to crumble. I tell myself i need to stay strong, to calm myself down and look forward to my 21st celebration which is in 10 days time!

Hopefully my cake will turn out just as awesome

I have scanned through multiple cake companies and found Mountreux Cake online. Apparently it used to have a shop located at Geylang but they decided to put their operations online as it was more convenient for them and us. For the food i am still thinking of Botak Jones, but my parents and bro have 2nd thoughts about it as they say not everyone would like western food.

Anyways, today I had AS project meeting and there was a year 4 in my group. I really rubbed off him for he told us many things we wouldn't know about SMU. I did not know you could get a scholarship with just an achievable GPA of 3.2. He told us not to work but study hard for securing a scholarship would be much easier and less tedious for us than working. Many people say year 4 would choose to slack off but this guy I was talking to seemed to be as sharp as any freshman in the house as he is still pumped and motivated to finish his uni on a high.

I hope I will be just as optimistic and positive like him when i reach my senior year
