Finally their exams ended. Reynold has managed to convince me to play neopets with him for the past month and i finally stopped playing it after i burnt around 100k np on the stock market. Oh well, looks like it's not free money after all. We went to catch a movie. After much deliberation and convincing on my part, we settled down on Helios.

The shocking thing was that the cinema wasn't full on primetime during a weekday. As Zuhair pointed out,"The reason it isn't full speaks for itself." So reynold and lim pin went in with low expectations of the movie while I was still looking forward to it due to the star-studded cast. 

The movie was great and the shocking plot twists just kept on coming. The only bad thing about it is that the story still goes on and there's going to be a Helios part II.

We moved on to simpang to have supper cum dinner. Zuhair was unconvinced that I didn't bring dinner into the cinema. And after some lack of communication with the waiter due to me repeating the order, we ended up with 2 longan drinks! After some talking cock on my part, Zuhair decided to pick up the tab on the extra drink HAHA. So easy to guilt trip him.

We moved onto giant whereby we paid Zuhair 40 bucks each due to the additional cost incurred through booking Korea flight with Expedia. But we cannot complain much because our hotel is dirt cheap. At around 20 dollars per night!?!? And it's not even a hostel. It's like a legit hotel. I am really looking forward to Korea with these idiots now.

For mother's day we decided to keep it simple and I bought whatever my mum wanted. So we ended up with a family feast whereby i changed all the whipped potato to my mum's favourite coleslaw. And we ordered bandito pocket for my dad. They thoroughly enjoyed the meal. As you all know, the best kind of meal are those which are free. But I would gladly pay for a meal that my parents will enjoy as family is both my weakness and strength.
