Messed up

Interviews don't always go your way and when shit hits the roof, you know you won't get it.
Halfway through the interview I already knew i wasn't going to get a spot in. So i basically shut down. I don't normally choke during interview but mistakes always happen. Just when you think things are about to take a turn, life just hits you hard, smacking you right down to the bottom.

Sometimes, i just want to know that everything will be alright.

"Life isn't always clear and simple, cut and dried,  open and shut, nor straight up and down.
Life isn't always black and white. There are many shades of grey. Colours too. And the road to the rainbow has many a twist and turn." Kate Knapp

So today i met up with Alastair coincidentally after i ended Econs. It was as if there was a force in motion as we both had a break from 3.30 to 4.30 before our next activity in school. So we headed over to Kopitiam and chill. We talked about lots of things, like how drastic the change is from lepak to the stressful university life, friends from army and basically about everything. It was like a throwback to the lepak days in army whereby we are stuck in bunk or in a shellscrape and just talking about life. Talking with these people was what kept me going and I know i will come back up from this setback stronger.

Do not despair if you don't succeed in any interviews. For everytime one door closes, another one opens, just waiting for you to discover it.

Preparing for the next interview bitches.
